Something and Social 2026

While we accept bookings for 16-17 year olds, they must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian as an attendee.

Event Information

This is a free event to kick off the year. Part social, part practical it's an opportunity for people to work together on event related projects together and maybe have a little skirmish if the weather is good enough. In 2025 we built the Pulse Ranger loan longarms that have seen use since. This year we've not lined up a group project yet.

There's no catering but Banbury has a reasonable kitchen and people self-cater or go out for take-away.

We're asking people to book so we know who's coming and how many camping vs. bunk places are expected.

As we may do some skirmishing for fun, in order to be covered by our insurance, all attendees must have a current UKLTA membership. If this is your first ever year attending UKLTA events you will be given a membership for free, don't put one in your shopping cart.

A few minutes after booking we will e-mail you with a link to a form where we ask you for additional information necessary for us to run the event and to put the event organiser(s) in contact with you. Please fill this form in promptly and carefully. This e-mail will come from ukltacoordinator@gmail.com, if you don't seem to receive it please check your spam folder. Once you've filled the form in you will receive a copy by e-mail for your records and in case you need to change any of it later. We will be working with the 'live' data so the game runner(s) have the up to date version.
