Re :- The combined Inquisitorial team previously attending upon the Hive-World ‘Shaheen’.

The attempts of Inquisitors Harling and Helstrom to trace the remnants of the Genestealer cult previously found on Trebatha, and their pursuit of its planetary governor Alzira Tavernes have, as yet, been unsuccessful.

Despite their ever closer pursuit of Alzira and discovery of Warp taint amongst the Nobility of Shaheen, the actions of the Inquisitors have led to the awakening of Warp creatures, the deaths of multiple Nobles and those of countless citizens in Hive City Alpha.

They have been instructed to leave Shaheen immediately and proceed to Alzira’s suspected destination of Hivar. There they are to establish the exact relationship between Alzira and; the Red Diamonds’ trade in drugs and Chogorian slaves, the reports of foul Xenos and the emergence of Warp influence.

Hivar is an unlikely base; registered as a derelict backwater world with limited resources.

The combined Inquisitorial teams’ actions appear to be under increasing scrutiny by other Powers, aside from that of the Inquisition.

• High Frontier: Wage Slaves
• September 24-26th 2027

The dual forces of human curiosity and corporate greed have led mankind to spread its wings across the galaxy.

It is on the far fringes of colonised space that the USS San Tomé has reached the end of her patrol route. As the civilians the ship was escorting settle into their new lives on the Con-Am mining colony on LV–492, the Colonial Marine crew have the opportunity for a few days of shore leave.

Out here everyone has an agenda, many secrets are buried, and there’s already been one murder.

This game takes place in the UKLTA’s High Frontier setting which is inspired by the Alien franchise and other movies which portray a grimy, lived-in future with mega-corporations, a class divide, and monsters in the dark & in the boardroom.

The conclusion of the series of High Frontier: Gods and Monsters games by James Bloodworth et al.

"You have been asked by the enigmatic Mr Weyland to uncover a conspiracy that reaches to the very heights of his corporation.

These games focus on themes of First Contact in the UKLTA's High Frontier shared Universe. They are broadly inspired by events in the movie Prometheus where human corruption and self-interest lead to conflict over which faction of Humanity will be at the forefront in dealing with Intelligent Extra-terrestrials that might seem like Gods to us.

Each episode is broadly self-contained; you do not need to have played the previous episodes.

• Saturday Morning - Hellgate: Starside by Debbie Clear. Modern horror/world hopping adventure in the worlds of Brian Lumley. Continuing on from events at Dropzone 2024 the players will find themselves in a strange new world.
• Saturday Afternoon - U.N.I.T Code Red by Eddie King. Action military/science adventure in the Whoniverse. Following an apparent UFO landing you are being sent into investigate the large 'dead zone' that has appeared. You are the second team to go in...
• Saturday Evening - Laundry Files: The Crows of Blake Farm by David Dorward and Jim Clokey. More British civil service bureaucracy meets the occult, inspired by the works of Charles Stross. See the game website for more info.
• Sunday Morning - The Planet of Ptah: A Stargate Mission by Ray Hodson and Simon Clark.  Action military/science adventure in the Stargate SG1 universe.
• Sunday Afternoon & evening - Cyberpunk: A Life on the Edge game #7 by Jim Barclay et. al.  An ongoing 'campaign' in the dystopian dark future riffing on the computer and tabletop game with some new elements/factions. Linear based so new players can be fitted in easily, see the game website for more info.

A chance for a social/practical meetup to work on weapons, props, costume and so on for the upcoming year.

Share skills and resources and maybe even do a tiny bit of skirmishing to test things out. This is sort of a replacement for the Christmas Tag events of old with a more practical leaning.

There is a plan to build 14 identical Pulse Ranger loan items and maybe some sensors too, Phil has been hard at work gathering components and assembling PCBs.

Some bunks are available, but contact us in advance as they will be very limited.

Otherwise it's camping in January, brrr!
