Event refund policy
- 100% of full ticket price if requested more than six weeks in advance of the event
- 50% of full ticket price if requested more than two weeks in advance of the event
- 0% refund if requested two weeks in advance of the event

While we accept bookings for 16-17 year olds, they must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian as an attendee.
To encourage early booking, prices are lower if booked three months or more in advance of the event.
Event information
The UKLTA's long-running anthology event made up of lots of 3-4 hour games most of which are intended to be 'pick up and play' on the day.
- Friday Evening - Risk: The Fight for World Domination a lighthearted team skirmishing game by Dave Antram. Expect glowsticks and ambushes.
- Saturday Morning - Hellgate: Starside by Debbie Clear. Modern horror/world hopping adventure in the worlds of Brian Lumley. Continuing on from events at Dropzone 2024 the players will find themselves in a strange new world.
- Saturday Afternoon - U.N.I.T Code Red by Eddie King. Action military/science adventure in the Whoniverse. Following an apparent UFO landing you are being sent into investigate the large 'dead zone' that has appeared. You are the second team to go in...
- Saturday Evening - Laundry Files: The Crows of Blake Farm by David Dorward and Jim Clokey. More British civil service bureaucracy meets the occult, inspired by the works of Charles Stross. See the game website for more info.
- Sunday Morning - Stargate by Ray Hodson and Simon Clark. Action military/science adventure in the Stargate SG1 universe.
- Sunday Afternoon & evening - Cyberpunk: A Life on the Edge game #7 by Jim Barclay et. al. An ongoing 'campaign' in the dystopian dark future riffing on the computer and tabletop game with some new elements/factions. Linear based so new players can be fitted in easily, see the game website for more info.

UKLTA Membership
All attendees must have a current UKLTA membership. If you attended Extraction Point III in September 2024 you will still have a valid membership and do not need to purchase one.
If your membership has expired or this is your first UKLTA event, please purchase membership. Which runs September 1st to August 31st.
Payment methods
We accept both PayPal and direct Bank Transfer, which we prefer as it reduces our costs. Bank Transfer will show as 'Wire Transfer' in the checkout, sorry our e-shop uses US language which we can't change.
If you opt to pay by Bank Transfer the shop will immediately e-mail you confirming the purchase with a link to an invoice that includes the payment details. The booking confirmation e-mail will come from noreply@mozello.com, if you don't seem to receive it please check your spam folder. You can also view this invoice on the order confirmation page.
If you opt to pay by PayPal you will receive a PayPal receipt by e-mail.
Participant information form(s)
A few minutes after booking we will e-mail you with a link to a form where we ask you for additional information necessary for us to run the event and to put the event organiser(s) in contact with you. Please fill this form in promptly and carefully. This e-mail will come from ukltacoordinator@gmail.com, if you don't seem to receive it please check your spam folder. Once you've filled the form in you will receive a copy by e-mail for your records and in case you need to change any of it later. We will be working with the 'live' data so the game runner(s) have the up to date version.

Ticket transfer policy
You are free to transfer your ticket to another person but you must inform the UKLTA Event Co-ordinator as soon as is practical and provide them with a means to contact the new holder. That person will need to be a member of the UKLTA to attend any event and to accept these Terms of Service.
