Cyberpunk: A Life on the Edge (Play)
While we accept bookings for 16-17 year olds, they must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian as an attendee.
If player booking is paused and crew tickets are available, we will be re-opening player booking if we recruit enough crew to cover the additional players.
We now offer part-payment for all events, half now, half later. Just select 'Part payment' above. The remainder of the amount owed must be paid before attending the event.
To encourage early booking, prices are lower if booked three months or more in advance of the event. Once you secure your place with a part payment, the second payment remains at the lower price.
Event Information
New to Cyberpunk: A Life on the Edge?
A Life on the Edge is a Cyberpunk LARP from Team Nova focused on action.
On the edge of The City, a group of Operators gather at the Cybar. They try and scrape a living without coming to the attention of the MegaCorporations all around. The Cybar is the perfect place for this: Adam the proprietor somehow keeps it off the corporate radar and there you can meet likeminded individuals. Fixers go there to hand out jobs and nobody asks too many questions.
So we can have gunfights that work, we use UKLTA’s safe and proven LaserTag combat system.
Everybody is tooled up but the Cybar is under a pax. Start trouble there and you might find more than you bargained for.
We’ve been running as short events during UKLTA ‘anthology’ weekends and now we’re running our first full event.
With the Operators’ old nemesis WarCrimes dead they’re looking to start afresh with the new alliances they built to defeat him.
Been playing with us all along?
- This event is set six weeks after the death of WarCrimes and the defeat of Maelstrom
- The Cybar has been rebuilt and Adam is back behind the bar
- Most territory formerly belonging to Maelstrom has been taken over by the Faceless
- The evil RipperDoc that imprisoned Emma Pendleton in a drone shell is being hunted
- With reported incidents of Cyberpsychosis on the rise, violence is spreading across The City
- The Inquisition are stepping up their defence of general citizens against crime and violence and gaining support as a result
- Also, just what did happen to that military Speedware WarCrimes was strutting around with?
More details on this game from Team Nova on the game website, also see our Facebook event or Discord channel.
